I didn't do much then except monitor the price movement. Probably I prefer to wait and see as the local market is not easily swayed with the internal policy changes.
I am particularly interested to notice the gain on +Petronas dagangan Berhad. Almost 45% increase this year. Market value of Bumi Armada is quite interesting especially concerning its owner.
In short, oil and gas stocks like +Petronas dagangan Berhad and +Petronas Chemical Berhad are likely to continue to perform. +Petronas dagangan Berhad is still rallying since Feb this year. The appreciation surpasses RM 31 a couple of time in December alone.
Financial stocks are, in my opinion, moderately performed. If you look at One Year chart, you would notice that the movement is almost back to the original position early this year. However, if you managed to capture the quick downside during this mid-year, when +Hong Leong Bank at RM 13.44, you might earn a bit extra, around RM 8,600 at 10,000 unit.
